I have 4+ years of experience at the executive HQ of Amazon, one of the most demanding Fortune 100 corporations in existence, in the Transaction Risk Management and Amazon Air Teams. I have proven experience in aligning large teams within large international and complex organizations, as well as growing large startups such as Amazon Air from 17 personnel and 14 aircraft to hundreds of FTE and 40+ Boeing 767\'s (and growing!) Winning!I have excelled at bringing value to small / large commercial and government contracting companies through the launch of my own LLC which has focused on consulting and contracting aimed at process improvement, process automation, data analytics and interpretation, etc. Most recently I have launched my current effort, Blue Water Advisors which is aimed at sharing a lifetime of leadership and business lessons learned with those beginning their career progression from active duty or otherwise.
