I am an experienced Industrial/Organizational Psychology practitioner passionate about helping organizations improve their overall employee experience and create more innovative and effective work environments. My expertise lies in the execution of projects that collect, analyze and effectively integrate people insights into an organization\'s strategic decision-making processes. Simply put, I help organizational leaders understand and action on the complex data around their most pressing people problems. To be more specific, my experience is inclusive of the entire employee survey life-cycle; from survey/assessment design and project management/administration, results analysis and delivery to management, all the way through setting effective action plans and integration of insights into strategic planning. However, my professional aim has always been to build strong partnerships with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation, accurately diagnose critical people issues (either overt or covert), and then leverage the most up-to-date organizational science perspectives to help organizations find the best solutions to seemingly ambiguous and complex people-related business problems.Throughout my career, I\'ve made every effort to help my clients think more strategically about one of the most important aspects of their organizations - their people. So, I\'ll end this summary with this question - organizations always conduct as much research and analysis on customer, product, and marketplace trends as they can. why not do as much when looking to understand your own employees?
