   Since the 70’s Mike has been involved with computers. From the introduction of the first Apple and Radio Shack TRS series, Mike has been using them all. Working in the Construction field, Mike was introduced to equipment that used some of the first desktop computers. In 1985, Mike was trained on one of the first Desktop PC’s for a Structural Engineering office to use AutoCAD drafting software. This started his involvement with other companies asking for assistance in the selection, installation and training of computer systems.Mike expanded his 10 years of experience by going to the manufacturers of computers and software for training. His training included IBM, Compaq, HP, Apple, Microsoft and Autodesk just to name a few.He has seen the growth and innovation of the computer industry for the past 40 years and has played an important role in the expansion of many companies in Vermont.The creation of Technology Consultants, Inc, in 1986 was the direct result of business associates needing help with their computers. Over the years, Mike has worked with many computer support companies in Vermont, but felt that they lacked the personal involvement and caring for these clients and owners. Mike has been personally assisting companies with their business expansion by the use of computers and other automation, always with the understanding that this is to assist in the companies bottom line. Mike continues to this day to keep this helpful philosophy by making sure Technology Consultants provides personal attention to all of their clients, playing well with others, and keeping it all easy and fun.
