ABOUT MICHAEL RYAN
Thanks for looking at my profile, am currently doing some interesting work with a really dynamic homeless charity in Telford, also in my private work I am very lucky to have won contracts delivering bespoke training to two large public sector organisations, working with them to build unique people development frameworks has been both exciting and immensely rewarding. I am a registered Business Coach with the Association of Coaching and work with managers and leaders in my private executive coaching. My background has been varied, from managing the wine and port cellars at Lloyd\'s of London to designing my first computer based training aid for chefs at Holiday Inn in 1996 to working with employers across 5 priority sectors in the West Midlands for 12 years. From here I went into the development and delivery of learning to explore how learning really impacts on performance. I have tried to walk the talk, mixing learning and working all my adult life, I have been an Investors in People Adviser and Assessor, completed four higher level and post graduate qualifications part-time, all based on the development and improvement of business and human systems. A qualified teacher and project manager with very strong IT skills. I try to examine the real needs of an individual and their workplace and work with them to improve their performance and self-esteem. Have developed with Gecko Programmes over the past 5 years a unique approach to training and development in the workplace using a blend of face to face teaching and online platforms to guide and train people in line with their goals. Alongside this I have been engaging in research into vocational training across EU educational frameworks and looking at developing new courses to be delivered trans-nationally, mainly through ERASMUS + Remainder of my time I will be delivering bespoke learning solutions through my own organisation (m•••@learningneverends.co.uk) to organisations looking to improve.(currently fully booked till Oct 2023) Specialties: Specialist in Organisational Behaviour, Project Management and Knowledge Based Industries and Education
