   Manage all aspects of gallery operations at one of the nation’s oldest arts organizations.• Administer a complex exhibition schedule spread across three unique gallery spaces.• Lead installations of shows every three weeks, manage paid and volunteer installers.• Guide artists in preparing for their exhibitions, coordinate delivery, storage, and labeling of art.• Oversee all art sales, totaling six-figures annually. Ensure timely remittance of payment to artists, prepare regular gallery reports.• Represent the gallery to visitors. Field all art-related inquiries and lead gallery tours.• Plan and execute an average of four public events a month. Emcee panels and lectures.• Supervise a staff of three paid gallery assistants, vet and hire applicants.• Coordinate public relations including press releases, eblasts, ad buys, social media, and gallery web pages.
