ABOUT MICHAEL ROOKARD

Very organized and detailed oriented managerial style that demands total buy-in of the management team and sub-tier contractors to accomplish a common goal. My experience in the construction market ranges from estimating, both pre-construction and project specific. My direct project management experience began as an Assistant Project Manager early in my career and evolved into a successful background as lead Project Manager. My project portfolio consists of a wide range of project types, from multi-family, both walk-up garden style and dense multi-level community living to light and heavy commercial projects such as institutional, Special use (k-12), Dormitory housing, Performing Arts Center with high level acoustical design, etc. All of which, consisted of high level of interior finish build out and design. I have experience with various construction management software such as Expedition, Constructware, Procore and Prolog systems. This is coupled with use and knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Premavera, Microsoft Project and Suretrack.
