Originally from Fresno, California with 19 years of progressive human resources management experience with seven (7) plus years of military and diverse background experience. I am a Generalist at heart as I strive to be knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of Human Resources. Currently working as a Management Analyst II with the County of Monterey that includes job duties of Risk and Safety Manager (Workers Comp, Ergonomics, Safety, LMS Trainining), Reasonable Accommodation Manager, and Live Scan Fingering Manager for all Health Department facilities and employees. My daily goals are to learn and grow in order to become more proficient, knowledgeable, and experienced in the field of Human Resources. I am an energetic, friendly, polite, respectful, and outgoing person who is passionate about my job and always looking for ways to improve and better those around me.
