During my internship at BW Converting, I drove operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination across multiple concurrent projects in Bag and Print product lines. I developed automation solutions that significantly improved team productivity. I built a Python script that automated follow-up emails for late parts and saved buyers 10-15 hours collectively per day. I also created a PDF scraping tool that eliminated manual data entry by automatically extracting part numbers and pricing from complex 50-page supplier quotes.I created an automated workflow in Microsoft Power Automate that transcribed daily assembly meetings and assigned action items to team members in Microsoft Teams. This enhanced task tracking and accountability across the organization. I coordinated and led Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customer stakeholders. I demonstrated machine performance, trained operators, and ensured compliance with customer standards.I facilitated weekly Mission Control Room meetings to monitor project progress, identify risks, and assign action items across cross-functional teams. These meetings ensured alignment and timely delivery on critical initiatives.
