I\'m a Private Investor. Seeking alternative investments such as startup companies, buying/selling 1st lien mortgages, and participating in various real estate investment syndications. I also own and operate a housing rental portfolio, providing good passive cash flow.I accomplish the above via three business lines, Global Equity Ventures, Bluegrass Capital Fund and Mr. Rogers\' Neighborhood Properties.
