   Senior Engineer - Enterprise Fax Strategy & Engineering (Manager Equivalent) • Helped lead the integration and consolidation initiatives between two fortune 500 engineering departments forming the Enterprise Fax Engineering team. • Plan and execute enterprise fax infrastructure and cloud strategy. • Designed and delivered a world class, highly available, mission critical, tier-1 fax infrastructure, presently supporting users and over pages annually • Expert in application integration with the fax platform. • Sought out and assumed responsibility for all stand-alone fax solutions and bought them into the enterprise portfolio. During this work, I discovered several questionable line items in a major contract that were costing thousands each month. Assuming control of the contract, working with procurement to renegotiate, I was able to reduce the contracted rates, as well as remove the frivolous line items, saving department nearly $6 Million dollars over the 3-year life of the contract. • Maintained portfolio of products to include on-prem, cloud, and hybrid fax systems, allowing for agility, as well as guide business groups to the right solution. • Helped champion and drive global internal IT chargeback system to reduce IT spending, increasing bottom line. • Lead engineering resource for all mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. • Responsible for maintaining departmental vendor relations. Including manage all licensing for the department, inventory, purchasing, and renewals. • Departmental Compliance and Security Maven, responsible for maintaining CMDB information, corporate information control standards, audits, and PARs.
