Site Based Focal point on Shell EPC contract specifically for SEGAL Mercury Removal project, Ground Flare ConstructionAid the Construction Superintendent and provide data input to provide detailed visual aids and tables to support forecasted material data.Create material requests within the asset tracking system, against the forward lookahead.Creation of Material requisitions for Plant, equipment, materials and service based personnel Assist with cataloguing and data input the asset tracking system.Order and maintain inventory of materials and supplies.Line checking of received materials against Isometric, construction and piping drawingsCoordination and communication of materials between material package managers, warehouse teams and construction teamsWork with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materialsCoordinate with production teams, Building Leads and Superintendents to identify material needs.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsManage storage space and optimize site / white space areasConduct regular inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies and prepare detailed reports on inventory status and material transactions.Develop and implement inventory controlsLiaise with logistics to coordinate transportation and delivery to and around site.Notify Construction Manager of any unresolved issues related to material shortages or delaysAttend required material coordination meetings.(Daily / Weekly / 4 Week lookahead)Weekly site Timewriting
