   I am responsible for making people want to play and purchase Xbox games. As Integrated Marketing Communications Lead for Xbox games, my main goal is to build awareness, consideration and purchase intent across all levels of the purchase funnel for Xbox 1st party blockbuster games and services. I accomplish this by leading a first-class v-team of marketing professionals and agencies to build our global marketing communications plans, from developing the core marketing and creative campaign strategy to landing award-winning, effective advertising campaigns in the US and major subsidiaries, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, all campaign elements are integrated and that GTM happens successfully. This includes driving core campaign strategy, creative and brand development, all video production work, all TV and ATL, v-team meetings and workstreams, Marcom specific programs, briefing channels, managing agencies, and reviewing all campaign elements across owned, earned and paid channels (digital, social, PR, CRM, experiential). Develop and maintain deep, collaborative partnerships with product marketing, game production and marketing teams in each of our key subsidiaries. Xbox One and Xbox 360 franchises and Games: Quantum Break, Scalebound, Sea of Thieves, Gears of War, Fable, Kinect Sports, Project Spark, Age of Empires, Microsoft Flight and many other Xbox, PC and mobile games.
