Responsible for the Bank’s credit administration/lending policies, procedures, processes and governance to ensure compliance with current regulatory guidance, business initiatives and prudent banking practices. Leads Credit Administration efforts in best practices, process development and improvement, concentrating on mitigating identified credit risk concerns and ensuring audit and regulatory safety and soundness. Interacts with the Bank’s lending teams, credit administration groups, risk management, audit, loan review and the Bank’s regulators on a regular basis related to credit policies, procedures, processes and governance and has oversight of the development and implementation of the following areas: credit and lending policies and procedures, credit governance and administration, risk spreading and underwriting processes, portfolio/business unit reviews, and reporting, concentrations and segmentations, special assets, and collateral valuation processes. I oversee and coordinate the in-house legal function and provide legal counsel to the Bank\'s special asset department and manage outside counsel with respect to special assets matters. I have coordinated the development of the Bank\'s litigation hold policies and procedures.I provide legal counsel to the Bank\'s REO and Facilities groups, including in connection with disposition of REO assets and the acquisition of Bank assets (including leases and purchase agreements).Specialties: Commercial Real Estate Finance, Special Assets, Real Estate
