Collaborated with legal, compliance, audit and fiscal operation units to achieve risk mitigation for a variety of investment contractual structures. • Managed $5.5 billion in external activist funds and $500 million in internal co-investments. • Crafted and negotiated terms for ownership and divestitures of fund equity and economics. • Directed fund maintenance, manager selection process, new capital commitments and capital allocations, fund wind-downs, Board investment & policy committee agenda items. • Member of limited and general partnership investment advisory boards and Global Equity Capital Allocation Committee.
