In 1998, he moved to L.A. & worked with Michael Ovitz (ex-President of Disney) to start up AMG. Mike was a Director in Ovitz’ luxe real estate, NFL Stadium, & equity purchases vehicle/LYNX (also owned Askjeeves, UBER founder’s SCOUR, and Checkout.com). He also pushed some actor representation w/ Leonardo DiCaprio, Cameron Diaz, & Dustin Hoffman. Mike then joined Townsend & Associates to grow its Tenant Representation, Cross Border Business, and Investment Portfolio around the U.S. for over fifteen years. Finally, Mike served as Founder & Managing Principal for global brokerage SRS Partners’ new SIGNATURE GROUP brand incubator, in addition to launching & running SRS’ L.A. Flagship Offices. Mike is now Managing Principal for the premiere LBE, retail, restaurant & leisure incubator in North America … RRS.
