I am a tax partner with Moss Adams LLP leading the Santa Rosa tax practice, and have been with the firm since My passion for wine and the wine industry first began with my family’s 60 acre vineyard in the Russian River Valley. In my practice I provide tax and consulting services to a variety of businesses in California. I focus on tax issues related to wineries, vineyards and food processors, with extensive experience in the preparation of complex, consolidated, multi-state tax returns, UNICAP, inventory costing, tax structuring of vineyard and winery operations, filing for specific federal and state tax credit opportunities, and ASC 740 deferred tax calculations. I bring this passion and expertise to my clients and serve as a significant member of the firm’s Wine Industry Group.I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Sonoma. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
