Michael Richardson is a seasoned problem-solver, sales professional, entrepreneur, merchant advisor, artist, and devoted Christian. He is the devoted father of two children, ages 11 and 19. Michael had a solid foundation in work ethics drilled into his character by early entry into the US Army. Michael served his country for three years as a track vehicle mechanic. While continuing his Finance and Automotive career, Michael continued his studies after his Army service. He has received awards for excellent customer service and support while maintaining the highest gross volumes within the organization. Awards have ranged from salesperson of the month to most improved dealer in the franchise. Once reaching the highest level of growth in the finance department, Michael was challenged with the task of increasing the bottom-line for the company without adding any new business to the books. So, he began to search for ways to cut costs. Michael targeted merchant services and the five hundred and eighty- four different Interchange Fees and how this fee is costing businesses significant monthly fees.
