Primary Education was founded in 2013, originally M.R.F.A, with a vision to use sport to change the lives of young people.We provide outstanding physical education in a number of primary schools across Essex; including curriculum provision, training to upskill staff within these schools, and extra-curricular clubs and holiday courses at their schools.My role at Primary Education is to manage a team of instructors and ensure that we are delivering outstanding provision for the 15 Primary & Secondary schools that we work with across Essex. Within this role I also have the following duties: • Work closely with Head of Education to strategically come up with new ways to develop our programmes • Working with Head of Education to create a CPD programme for our staff• Create effective schemes of work that can support children\'s learning holistically
