I have developed an expertise in locating viable real estate and sellers, negotiating contracts and maintaining investor relations. I have used my business administration degree, construction education; computer aided drafting skills, and real estate knowledge to launch this successful business with my two colleagues. Our vision for this company is to build it into a real estate development firm that buys, sells, constructs and manages real estate. The primary function of this company was to buy and sell real estate in the Temple University area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For the last two years the company has been productive and seeks to expand its operations to other area universities. In addition to buying and selling real estate, Agape Properties LLC seeks to expand operations to construction and real estate management.
