I am a healthcare leader with a Master\'s Degree in Health Administration from West Coast University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge. With over seven years of experience at UCLA Health, I now serve as a Patient Access Supervisor II at UCSF Health Mission Bay, having worked at two of the nation\'s top academic medical centers.In my current role, I oversee the operational aspects of inpatient, emergency, and outpatient registrations. This includes managing day-to-day operations, process improvement, staff scheduling, training, performance management, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure time-sensitive matters are completed accurately and on time. I also work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to streamline service delivery and implement effective policies and procedures that improve the overall quality of our organization\'s care.I am passionate and deeply committed to solving problems, handling complex situations, and interacting with diverse stakeholders to improve and innovate for positive change in the healthcare system and enhance the well-being of the communities we serve.
