I\'m responsible for driving Bobcat\'s product strategy and portfolio by working with all product development functions to deliver optimal products, services and improvements. I work with an amazing team of super stars to define and execute the product roadmap and launch cadence to exceed the customer’s expected experience by identifying, developing and leveraging new technology to maximize customer satisfaction to achieve company revenue, margin and share targets. I\'m passionate about people development and coaching, building teams, self-development, exploring new technologies, new business development and creating new revenue streams for Bobcat, with the overall goal of enabling Bobcat customers to accomplish more!
