I have spent the previous 20 years of my career working directly in the financial services sector, across recruitment, personal insolvency, finance and banking. I believe my time served working for industry leaders and blue-chip organisations has given me a deeper understanding of the sector, a greater knowledge of the positions I work with and has also allowed me to forge trusted relationships at all levels. This has given me a distinct advantage and is what sets me apart from others within in the sector. I have built teams and departments from the ground up and developed individuals and teams to thrive and succeed.
