Michael Reardon is a highly successful investment management sales and relationship executive with over 25 years of sales and management experience. He currently manages the Institutional Client Group for the Central U.S. at Allspring Global Investments. Mike and his team are responsible for developing relationships with institutional clients located in the Central U.S, including corporate, public, Taft-Hartley, hospital, endowment and foundation clients. He previously served in a similar capacity at Wells Fargo Asset Management, and prior to that as Head of Financial Institutions, where he was responsible for leading a team focused on building and developing sub-advisory, mutual fund, and separate account investment management relationships with institutional insurance, retirement, OCIO and asset management clients. He also has previously served as Institutional Sales Manager at Wells Fargo Funds Management Group where he led a team responsible for investment sales and relationship management for Wells Fargo\'s Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO) and Insurance relationships. Mike joined WFAM from Strong Investments, where he served as senior vice president of Institutional Sales.
