About Sammy Realon

Known to many as \'Sammy\' I am an experienced Creative Recruiter, Brand & Event Marketer with a passion for UX! Prior to recruiting for Creative Circle, I launched and managed brand initiatives for Horseshoe Casino Baltimore, one of Caesars Entertainments\' newest and hottest casinos on the East Coast. There I was exposed to many diverse skill sets and wore plenty of hats while promoting Horseshoe Casino\'s hospitality amenities. I trafficked advertising collateral, managed website and SMS content publishing, led and coordinated event production, as well as owned our loyalty program\'s branding strategy. I love interacting with clients and potential partners to drive events and promotions to the property and create strategic partnerships opportunities. By engaging with employees across all departments I strive to deliver the best experiences possible and collaborate with others to deliver unforgettable memories. I developed a back-of-house persona \'Suggestable Sam\' that provided front-of-house team members with internal communication and the tools to share and stay informed about new products, promotions, and service initiatives to share with our guests and \'Suggest\' ways to have a more memorable experience during their visits.I am a self-starter who knows what it takes to be successful and will always go above and beyond to ensure company success and client satisfaction. I flourish most when given autonomy, and enjoy taking on new challenges and collaborating with creative colleagues. At my best, I work with teams that are open to innovation and I prefer to juggle a variety of projects at the same time.When I\'m not working I love to try out new restaurants and hit the local breweries after a round of disc golf or a long hike with my lab/beagle mix. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, I bring southern hospitality and charm to the DMV and promise (to try my best) not to say \"y\'all\" too often. I look forward to connecting with you!
