For Redhorse Corporation\'s National Security Practice, I have served in several different roles: • Technical Director - Conducted business development, capture, solution design, and recruiting activities. Managed several Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), and Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle prime contracts in support of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Chief Digital Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), and Combatant Commands (CCMD). • Product Manager - Managed knowledge graph applications and analytic tools for internal research and development prototypes. • Program Manager - Managed an account of more than 100 employees for customers across OSD and major DoD Components. Held signature authority on invoices, contract deliverables, modifications, and employee and customer relationship management. • Senior Consultant - Conducted strategic analysis for the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security. Identified, described, evaluated, and provided recommendations on current Department of Defense Human Intelligence (HUMINT) gaps and shortfalls for the deliberate planning process and resource optimization. Authored and successfully coordinated three reports with recommendations that integrated analysis on policy compliance, organizational design, doctrinal alignment, and process modeling; coordinated with the OSD, all Combatant Commands, Services, and Combat Support Agencies. In this role, I performed extensive business related travel to several Combatant Commands for senior staff stakeholder management; conducted bi-weekly interviews and briefings at the General Officer and Senior Executive level.
