Build and develop strong working relationships with customers and users, including dealers, owners, decision-makers, and other stakeholders. • Advised 100+ assigned dealers within a geographical area with a multi-million dollar portfolio. • Accountable for strategic decision-making and account management while ensuring that clients achieve optimal ROI from the vAuto software system. • Responsible for client retention, harvesting additional accounts, and upselling the vAuto suite of products.• Work remotely while effectively managing the progress and results of assigned accounts while engaging in high-profile activity across strategic client groups. • Build and develop strong working relationships with customers and users at all levels, from Dealer/Owner/Decision Maker to lower levels.• Work with 80-110 accounts and at-risk clients and determine the proper action plan.• Monitor and analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals, and objectives to achieve results.• Generate additional revenue by harvesting existing accounts for other stores and products while continually working on turning around canceled accounts.• Determine the need for additional resources to maintain continued success with all clients.• Assist in generating high client attendance at product workshops.• Actively participate in product development/enhancement review sessions to continue in development as a vAuto ‘knowledge master.• Travel to clients 25% of the time to ensure maximum client reach.
