At WTW, my leadership in Benefits Consulting has played a pivotal role in integrating and optimizing benefits, wellbeing, customer service, change and case management, and analytics. Our team\'s commitment to data analytics and risk analysis informs our benefits advisory. I\'ve developed key principles centered around improving the lives of our customers through Shared Responsibility, Equity and Inclusion, Data Analytics, Benchmarking and Budgeting, Customer Service through a focus on \"one-call/one-click\" resolution to meet organizational recruitment and retention strategic objectives. The recent development of a new change management platform and migration to an advanced people/pay system are testaments to our forward-thinking approach. I\'ve been able to influence C-Suite leadership through my ability to curate solutions based on an evidenced-based approach and years of experience granting me Subject Matter Expertise and credibility in all areas of health, welfare and wellbeing benefits.Collaboration is at the core of my success; by leading cross-functional teams, I\'ve driven cost-savings and process improvements across the organization. My work to develop and make recommendations to Health & Welfare Committees, comprised of C-level executive leadership, has enhanced our ability for oversight and alignment with overall system Mission, Vision and Values. These efforts underscore clients mission to create a robust and responsive benefits structure that supports their growing employee base.
