ABOUT MICHAEL R.

I have been working in Education for 16+ years and solely focusing on supporting organisation in the Learning and Development sector in a diverse range of industries and functions. My daily motivations are supporting businesses who want to invest in their existing talent. My breadth of knowledge and experience in education allows me to offer insights, innovation and create solutions to support the overall investment. At BPP I work with clients of all sizes in a variety of industries. Clients want someone that they can trust and support their ideas and goals, being a trusted adviser is something I pride myself on when creating and developing programmes.By unlocking hidden talent within new or current employees this ultimately drives organisation performance, I support organisations doing this by identifying people potential. I listen to the skills gaps and will either offer an existing BPP solution or explore a completely new idea with the client.Here at BPP, through a deep understanding of our clients, we have a successful 40-year history of helping businesses and learners to meet their skills gaps. We tailor expert content to individual business needs, delivering innovative training solutions that are right for the employer and the employee. These programmes feature both off-the-shelf and bespoke solutions that develop talented and future-thinking individuals.I am also a volunteer working with @mandemmeetup where we support Men\'s Mental Health and the homeless in and around Manchester, also I manage an U17s Youth football team at Curzon Ashton.
