ABOUT MICHAEL QUINTERO

I worked for Lumio Solar where I learned the ins and outs of Solar and construction services. I’m grateful for what I learned and the good that Solar can bring to the precious earth. I worked for Young Living as a Business Process analyst. During my time there I helped to map processes, identify areas to automate, helped departments to better understand the current state of their process and how to manage it moving forward. I was apart of putting together a regular process review to ensure processes are managed and that all processes were being followed. In the past I’ve helped execute on important projects and process improvement. One of my best achievements is leading a project on improving the knowledge base at Vivint. Not only was there customized leadership content but also content for specialized teams. We optimized the Search keywords so information could be readily available. I have years of experience working in a very fast paced agile environment at Vivint. I have experience doing the following: customer support, leadership, product liaison, analyst, performance czar, and training I bring a wide variety of skills and assets learned through experience at Vivint. I have used Jira, salesforce, sql, excel, PowerPoint, and sharepoint throughout my career. I have experience working with product teams and managing the team that was responsible for ensuring all articles were up to date on our support site at Vivint.
