After nearly three decades in the medical device industry, I\'ve taken on my next chapter as Chief Commercial Officer at Tactus AI, where we\'re building humanoid robots and intelligent orchestration software purpose-built for the regulated laboratory environment. Our mission: eliminate the manual bottlenecks that slow down even the world\'s most advanced labs, and in doing so, accelerate discovery and improve healthcare outcomes globally.Throughout my career, I\'ve led the development and commercialization of market-shaping technologies across digital cytology, AI-enabled diagnostics, and regulated laboratory services. My work has spanned end-to-end product innovation, regulatory strategy, global launches, and scaling complex businesses — along with executive oversight of an oncology CLIA laboratory operation encompassing R&D, clinical affairs, lab operations, and patient and client services.With 30+ years in medical devices and diagnostics, I bring a blend of deep technical leadership and pragmatic business execution. I\'ve partnered closely with clinicians, regulators, academic leaders, and industry innovators to translate science into clinically meaningful, scalable solutions that improve patient outcomes.As Past President of the Digital Pathology Association (DPA) and a Board-certified cytologist, I understand firsthand the challenges laboratory scientists face every day — which is exactly what drew me to Tactus and its scientist-first approach to building the future of lab automation.I\'m always open to connecting with partners, customers, and collaborators operating at the intersection of AI, diagnostics, robotics, and healthcare delivery.

At Tactus we\'re building something genuinely different: humanoid robots paired with intelligent orchestration software, purpose-built for the regulated laboratory environment. The mission is to eliminate the manual bottlenecks that slow down even the most advanced labs in the world — and in doing so, accelerate discovery and improve healthcare outcomes globally.Most recently, I served as Vice President of R&D and Innovation at Hologic, where I led development of the Genius Digital Diagnostics System — the first and only FDA-cleared AI-powered digital cytology platform, and our Oncology diagnostics lab operations at Biotheranostics. Before that, I held leadership roles spanning global market development and commercial leadership.As a Past President of the Digital Pathology Association (DPA) and a Board-certified cytologist, I understand firsthand the challenges laboratory scientists face every day.At Tactus, we\'re building at the intersection of robotics and laboratory science — for scientists, by scientists.
