ABOUT MICHAEL QUEVA

Credit risk business analyst lead with extensive experience in the interpretation and implementation of regulatory and internal credit risk requirements in Finance and IT departments. Proven track records in re-engineering and in delivering complex business changes, most recently on CRR2 and planned CRR3 regulations. Over the years, acting as a catalyst for change, I have been involved or have managed all phases of project lifecycle while constantly remaining hand-on using SAS for analytics on large data and algorithms development. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels, allied with an ability to understand business issues and deliver pragmatic solutions in a timely manner. Working and studying in multiple countries in Europe and North America, I have shown a constant capacity to adapt to new environment and culture as well as creating a rich professional network and at setting up and managing internationally diverse teams. Through those experiences, I am able to work efficiently in English, German and French.
