ABOUT MICHAEL QUADRINI
Dr. Quadrini is the Chief Executive Officer, Senior Partner, Member of the Board of Directors, and Nephrologist for Nephrology Consultants, LLC in Huntsville, Alabama. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for Nephrology Consultants from 2015 to 2025 before becoming the CEO. He has been the medical director for Elk River Dialysis in Fayetteville, TN since 2011, one of the medical directors for Albertville Dialysis in Albertville, AL since the unit opened in 2016, and one of the medical directors for Metro Dialysis, which is opening in 2025. He also has served as medical director for Lakeview Dialysis in Arab, AL from 2013 to 2015, prior to the opening of Albertville dialysis. Dr. Quadrini has been the CEO and on the Board of Directors for Apogee Clinical Research since the inception of the company in 2022. He is also active as a Principal Investigator for Apogee, including trials involving CKD and cardiovascular disease (TRIUMPH), polycystic kidney disease (REPRISE, FALCON, EAGLE), MRA therapy (FIND, FINE), uremic pruritis (KICK), and calcific uremic arteriolopathy. He has served an elected 2 year term as Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine at Huntsville Hospital from 2018 to 2020, which included being a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Huntsville Hospital. He served a 2 year term as Vice Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine from 2016 to 2018. He was an active member of pharmaceutical speaker bureaus from 2009 to 2024, with topics of focus including secondary hyperparathyroidism, hypertension, metabolic acidosis, hyponatremia, polycystic kidney disease, hyperkalemia, and anemia. In total, Dr Quadrini had presented over 150 programs throughout various locations across the United States. In addition, he continues to serve as an independent consultant for pharmaceutical and medical device corporations, including advisory board participation and direct consultation. He has also performed legal case reviews in the field of nephrology and internal medicine. Outside of medicine, he is actively involved in multiple real estate endeavors.
