About Michael Pyle

I am a leader and mentor who leverages my engineering and business experience to grow success in my people, teams, and company. At my core, I am a problem solver. Whether it is people, business, or engineering, looking for solutions that are not obvious or defined drives me. I am a professional engineer licensed in seven states and my career has always had some involvement in the construction industry. This includes multi-family and residential new construction as well as remodel markets. I am excited to serve as the Technical Product Manager-Armorite Trim for Roseburg Forest Products. Roseburg is an established and innovative company with a reputation for passionately serving our customers. Prior to Armorite Trim, I have also been the AdvanTech(R) Product Director, where I successfully commercialized a new first-to-market product, transformed a stagnant price fighter brand into a highly sought-after option, and led a research project that identified unmet needs in the wood subflooring market. Business and engineering are not a common combination, but it is one that fits me. The blending of business marketing and sales with technical customer support has provided me with a unique skill set to see problems holistically and not just from a single point of view. Successful people create Win/Win solutions for their customers and their company. That is how we win loyalty. I am drawn to opportunities where I can share my knowledge and experience of business, marketing, product management, product applications, risk management, building codes, wood-frame construction and engineering to influence customers and colleagues to drive successful growth in my company, myself and my customers.
