As the General Manager of Banquets and Catering Operations at the Westville Campus of Purdue University Northwest, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality events and services for students, faculty, staff, and guests. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong skills in guest service management, time management, and team leadership. I have also gained diverse experience in managing different types of properties, such as the Courtyard and Fairfield hotels at Midway Airport, where I served as a Dual General Manager, and Schneider, where I worked as an Account Manager. My core competencies include budgeting, staffing, marketing, and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about creating memorable and positive experiences for my clients and guests, and I strive to align my work with the mission and values of Purdue University Northwest. I am also fluent in Polish, which allows me to communicate with a wide range of audiences and cultures.
