Translation of business requests and processes into actionable projects and work items for Salesforce and other business software platforms including Gainsight, JIRA, Intacct, Marketo, Pardot and Clarizen -Liaison between all business units, internal Salesforce administration/development teams, and contractors across multiple projects and initiatives including system maintenance, new product implementations, and strategic projects -Implementation and management of Agile/Scrum development process for Salesforce and other business software development enabling roadmaps, release planning, and improved resource management -Coordination of sprint planning, stand-ups, design reviews, demos, UAT, releases, and retrospectives -Backlog prioritization, story refinement, and final acceptance for all business software related work items -Evaluation and selection of new products, services, and partners
