For 25 years, I\'ve dedicated myself to helping companies increase their profitability through making well educated real estate decisions. I have worked as a tenant advisor representing some of the largest employers in Orange County. In today’s business climate, real estate decisions are so much more than just rent. Real estate decisions must also consider factors related to human resources such as employee recruitment/retention, safety and the amenities available to their workforce. Proper lease structuring to maximize the financial performance of a lease based on a company\'s ownership structure is also very important. Real estate is the second leading expense related to a company’s bottom line, and I pride myself in working closely with my clients to ensure they make the best decisions for not only their profitability, but also for their people. CBRE is the largest real estate company in the world that includes a depth of resources that I am able to share with my clients that allows them to fully analyze their occupancy decisions.
