About Michael Prince
In my role as Senior Legal Counsel for Mobileye, I drive legal transactions with global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and suppliers to Mobileye in North America, Europe and Japan. Projects include autonomous driving and advanced driver assist systems. Additionally I support all aspects of our business in the United States and Japan. In these areas I\'m able to advise, educate and develop contractual structures enabling new and quickly advancing technologies. With a rapidly changing regulatory and technological landscape, everyday presents a new opportunity to learn, educate and move the business forward in achieving our goals.Previous roles at Intel include- Associate General Counsel for Intel\'s Autonomous Transportation & Infrastructure Division- Director for Intel\'s Product Group Legal team in China. Directly manage product group legal team, handle complex IP transactional matters and provide IP transaction training throughout Asia- Group Counsel for Intel\'s Desktop Client Platforms group and Client Strategic Planning group - both part of Intel\'s PC Client Group- leading business legal and compliance matters between Intel and our wholly owned software subsidiaries, including McAfee and Wind River- managing Intel\'s legal relationships with Google, Microsoft and Oracle- driving strategic patent licensing projects such as cross licenses, covenants not to sue, and M&A related licensing.
