I have over 28 years of experience in conducting and managing environmental projects for Phase I and II Environmental Assessments, Site Assessment and Remediation Programs. Hundreds of due diligence assessments have included environmental transaction screen assessments, Phase I ESAs, and Phase I ESAs combined with limited compliance reviews. Target properties have ranged from greenfield to complex industrial facilities, including portfolio and international property transactions.Soil and groundwater hydrogeological investigations have been conducted for chlorinated compounds and petroleum hydrocarbons, including underground storage tank (UST) assessment and remediation, oversight of subcontractors, development of Remedial Investigations, and the implementation of Corrective Action Plans. Remedial activities have included ISCO injections, bio-remediation, pump and treat systems, dig and haul, free phase petroleum recovery systems, and monitored natural attenuation in NC, SC, and CT.
