Michael C Porzio is an experienced leader supporting the growth and excellence of successful cross functional teams at Facebook A hallmark of his career as a technologist has been tackling some of the world\'s most intractable problems in the best way he can using the skills and techniques he has learned along the way. He knows that he cant solve these problems alone, but he can still be part of the solution.After graduating from college in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks he joined Lockheed Martin as a way of serving those who serve our country. It was there that he learned that his foundations in solving complex problems could extend to the banking sector which was also in ruins after the 2008 financial crisis. He then joined the Financial Risk Technology department at Goldman Sachs where he contributed to the implementation and automation of regulatory requirements such as the Federal Reserve Bank Comprehensive Capital Assessment and Review, also known as the Fed Stress Tests. Michael sought out his next challenge which was not hard to spot. Given the myriad breaches affecting all sectors of the economy, and the growing threat to consumer trust in public and private sectors ability to protect our most valuable asset: our own identities, Michael now joins HYPR to bring decentralized authentication to the world.
