   Responsible for multi-campus planning, developing, proposing, budgeting, marketing, implementing, administering and evaluating instructional as well as corporate contract training programs for business, industry, government and educational institutions. The position objective was to direct activities of several departments through subordinate supervisors to support post secondary and workforce education programs at all sites. The focus areas included IT skills training, corporate services, customized contract training agreements, Public Safety training, workforce development and online distance learning education. Supervision of administrators, staff, and college IT resources for the Workforce Development and Continuing Education program campus wide at the District. Responsible for consultation, collaboration, planning, budgeting, proposal grant writing, organizing, implementation, monitoring, management and evaluation of instruction and customer satisfaction of the contract training programs for Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division. Served on several committees and boards with oversight for college, student and instructional support services for non-credit workforce programs.
