A driven design and engineering professional with a strong technical background in delivering practical, high-quality solutions for the process industries. I lead DMD Design Solutions - a UK-based design and engineering consultancy focused on helping industrial clients solve complex challenges efficiently, safely, and commercially. My career began on the technical side of engineering, where I built deep expertise in design delivery, problem-solving, and understanding how things actually work in the real world. That foundation still shapes how I lead: grounded in engineering rigour, clear thinking, and accountability. Now, as the co-owner of DMD, my role extends beyond technical delivery. I’m focused on building a sustainable, profitable consultancy that clients trust and that our team is proud to be part of. That means strengthening our commercial capability, improving internal systems, developing people, and ensuring we deliver real value - not just drawings and calculations.
