Developed a working model for programs that are a game changer for combining maintenance, retro-commissioning and measurement & verification through a defined process. Instrumental in pivoting Coleman Spohn to a recurring revenue model with multi year Maintenance, Service, Energy and Design/Build fast track business at major Northern Ohio Health Care Facilities, Global Strategic Partners and The largest University in Ohio.
