One of the most nationally recognized and respected diversity owned mechanical service providers in the United States and Puerto Rico. Managing the on site staffing of over 750 service personnel at 7 DOD and NASA facilities. Highly instrumental in driving cost savings of 15% annually at these facilities and a Major Health Care facility in Central Ohio by implementing a Proactive Scheduled Maintenance program and the development of a new business model to track the results. Developed a working model for programs that are a game changer for combining maintenance, retro-commissioning and measurement & verification through a defined process. Instrumental in pivoting Coleman Spohn to a recurring revenue model with multi year Maintenance, Service, Energy and Design/Build fast track business at major Northern Ohio Health Care Facilities, Global Strategic Partners and The largest University in Ohio. Positioning the company to grow regionally and nationally.
