About Michael Pittman
As a graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor\'s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services as well as a Leadership Fellows Certificate in relational and engaged leadership, I have developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, business strategy, and team management. I leveraged these skills in my most recent role as an Account Executive at Xactly Corp, a leading provider of cloud-based sales performance management solutions.In addition to my professional experience, I am also an active board member and treasurer of a non-profit organization, The Happy Crew, and a for-profit, Kakou Coffee House. We aim to destigmatize mental health issues and create a supportive and inclusive community for teens and young adults. The Happy Crew and Kākou Coffee House are both driven by the mission of empowering people to realize their potential and belonging, and I contribute to their growth and sustainability by applying my sales development, financial analysis, communication, and presentation skills. We are members of Happy Crew and our mission is to destigmatize mental health issues by creating community and sharing the message, “YOU MATTER, YOU BELONG”, especially among our peers. We must remain diligent in our campaign because depression, anxiety, and suicide are major issues for our friends – Colorado ranks sixth in the nation for most teen deaths by suicide. Too many of our peers face a daily struggle to talk about their mental health and we crusade to end the stigma and increase positive options for those facing mental health issues.
