About Michael Ping

Founded in 1995, Millennium Health, Inc. DBA, eBioCare.com was my first start-up company. I was fortunate to meet and work with many great people leading to a successful business platform still widely used today. Our goal to empower consumers required the integration of multiple healthcare professions through an Internet platform and the coordination of personal services.In early 2001 the company was acquired and I started a new venture; real estate investing and development. Real estate investing for the next decade proved to be rewarding, and later devastating. Our investments included estate homes, retail, office, industrial, and multifamily. As a result of the credit market collapse in 2007, we founded and operated the first real estate peer-to-peer lending platform for commercial and investment properties. Blackhawk Investments, Inc. was divested and wound down in 2019.In 2023, we founded Capital Services Group and acquired open files and receivables requiring administrative and legal work. The Accounting and taxation niche proved to be in need of a GBO with in-depth business acumen and operational experience, We have since acquired client accounts spanning nationally representing small business to major corporations.Capital Services Group will be launching complimentary services to our clients recapturing working capital, and increasing revenues via AI-driven media services.
