Connectivity to Equities, Options, & Fixed Income venues which are in the process of being upgraded with cutting edge technologies and regulatory/compliance changes. Requests for new venues are constantly being made by the business for access to new liquidity and instruments (Equity, Fixed Income – Rates, Credits, Munis, Repos, Credit, Commodities, etc.)- Currently leading a squad/team for onboarding the new MEMX and MIAX Pearl Options exchanges- Currently leading a large team responsible for building multiple new High Speed Ultra Low Latency Automated Trading System Platforms (Futures, Cash/Bonds, Interest Rates Swaps, and Repos)- Built a new Legging Trading Platform which gives traders the ability to trade cross-products (Futures, Cash/Bonds, & Interest Rates Swaps) for NA and Europe - Built a new Internal Bonds Trading Platform where U.S. Institutional clients can work and monitor orders for on and off-the-run U.S. Treasuries, in real time- Built a new External Cash/Bond Trading Platform where orders are split across multiple external exchanges for best price/execution (BTec, eSpeed, DWeb, & Liquidly Edge)- Built a new Interest Rates Swaps Trading Platform where orders are split across multiple exchanges (iSwap & TradX) for best price/execution- Built new client API’s where external clients can on-board with Morgan Stanley and send flow into the newly built platforms- Successfully decommissioned over 200+ ION gateways by building them in-house, which saved the firm millions of dollars in licensing & hardware costs (Rates, Muni, Credits, & Repos)- Successfully completed multiple hardware refreshes, and Data Center migrations
