ABOUT MICHAEL PETRUCCELLI
Mr. Petruccelli practices civil litigation with extensive experience in handling matters involving medical negligence, wrongful death, and personal injury. He is Board Certified by the Florida Supreme Court in the area of Civil Trial Law, and is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating given by that entity. Mr. Petruccelli has been practicing in Florida since 1987, and recently became licensed to practice in Tennessee. He also handles employment related matters including whistleblower actions, as well as legal malpractice cases. Michael has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates(ABOTA) since 2004, and is an appointed fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
