ABOUT MICHAEL PERRY

Thank-you for viewing my profile. I am an ambitious, dedicated and determined individual with demonstrable experience working in an autonomous and self starting role. Experience of managing and motivating team members and a track record of success in a variety of industries and roles.For the past six years I have worked at Severn Trent in project and design management roles. I have achieved continuous success, progressing from an entry level position through to a senior team member in one of the most high performing departments of a FTSE100 organisation. I am currently responsible for the project and design management of an ~£80 million flagship Water Networks project to transfer 30 million litres of potable drinking water per day across the Severn Trent supply region. I also work on several new distribution service reservoir construction projects.I am both people and process driven and I have all the tools necessary to help deliver projects on time, to a high quality standard, safely and within budget. My core values are honesty, professionalism, work ethic and an openness to new ideas. Throughout my career I look to continuously improve in my own performance and development, but also to identify process improvements for the teams, departments and organisations I operate in.
