I wear three hats as an independent advisor to individuals and organizations: 1° Wealth management advisor and insurance broker I help individuals and professionals manage, optimize and develop their assets in several areas of expertise- Personalized savings and investment strategy - Taxation (optimizing income tax, corporation tax and inheritance tax)- Anticipation of inheritance and succession - Retirement planning (retirement savings plans and life insurance)-(Re)negotiation of mortgages and loan insurance - Health and family protection (supplementary health, provident, death insurance)- Real estate investment (new-build and SCPI) 2° Expert in social and institutional innovation I support public and private organizations in their social and structural innovation issues in several areas of expertise to significantly improve their performance- Revitalizing collaboration, cohesion, motivation and employee well-being - Improving agile information, interaction and deliberation processes - Integration of ecosystem stakeholders into value chains - Encouraging initiative-taking, creativity and intrapreneurship - Conflict resolution My original multidisciplinary approach combines political systems philosophy, social psychology, psychoanalysis and neuroscience to design tailor-made solutions. 3° Political expert in institutional innovation As a political philosopher and theorist of the constitutional equilibrium of political paradigms, I advise institutions and governments in their institutional innovation strategies to significantly reduce the growing mistrust of their peoples (institutions of democratization and education), corruption (constitutional rebalancing) and social and armed conflicts (conflict resolution and pacification processes).
