ABOUT MICHAEL PERLET
A 2023 graduate of Montclair State University, with an MS in Exercise Science. Michael Perlet is currently completing Doctoral work in Exercise Science at the University of South Alabama. Michael holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association NSCA. In addition, Michael\'s strong interest and depth of knowledge earned him an educator role at the undergraduate level for exercise science. Beyond his academic credentials, Michael currently sits on the National Strength and Conditioning Association Advisory Board for the state of New Jersey. Michael\'s holistic, scientific, and evidence based approach, transforms the health and quality of life for each of his clients. His philosophy included forming a committed working partnership, empowering clients to exceed their self-perceived limitations. With attention to the science that informs his programming, he also brings a unique creativity which has led to him being described as \"an artist, as well as an athlete.\" Michael hopes that everyone develops a genuine appreciation for the benefits of exercise and incorporates it into a lifestyle that facilitates success in all areas.
